- Collateral: property located in Estonia on which a first ranking mortgage is conveyed.
- Creditworthiness: there are no significant differences in the terms and conditions of the loan and in the assessment of the customer's creditworthiness compared with transactions in Estonia. There are no differences in the conditions of the creditworthiness of the applicant in relation to the creditworthiness of the creditor in comparison with other countries.
