How to Apply for a Bali Property Loan

  1. Submit a loan application on the LHV website.
  2. You will receive an offer within 24 hours.
  3. If the offer is suitable, submit an appraisal report on the property as collateral.
  4. We will prepare a loan decision and sign the contract.
  5. A notary will take a mortgage on your property in Estonia.
  6. The money will be transferred to your account within three working days.
  7. Insure the property securing the loan to cover the risks.
  8. Carry out the sale and purchase transaction in Bali and provide a copy of the contract to the bank.

  • Interest rate: 3,9% + 6 months Euribor.
  • Loan period: up to 30 years
